CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- Please be advised that the full amount of the reservation shall be charged (prepaid) upon successful booking.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in, will be processed to receive a full refund of the reservation.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before check-in, will be subject to a 50% refund of the reservation.
- Cancellations made between 7 and check-in day, or guests are no-show, no refund whatsoever shall apply.
Please note: Refunds exclude the payment processing fees of the initial transaction. These fees are non-refundable, as they cover costs associated with third-party services and more specifically the payment processor. Moreover, such fees are not fixed; they are subject to the payment processor policy and thus vary from payment to payment.
